Making a difference in the lives of our members and the communities we serve is a core value at PARDA. The credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” is embedded in our history and something we uphold each year. We are committed to helping build strong communities and making a positive difference where we live and work. Another important way in which we embrace our communities is through The PARDA Foundation, a separate non-profit organization from PARDA Federal Credit Union. The foundation was started in 2007 and is comprised of a voluntary board of directors. The mission of the foundation is to support other non-profit organizations that offer accessible, affordable health care services to those less fortunate in our communities. Proceeds from fundraisers and contributions are used to provide assistance to those who may not have health insurance or may be under-insured. Some of the organizations The PARDA Foundation support includes:

Burnstein Community Health Clinic – Pontiac, MI
City on The Hill Ministries Clinic – Zeeland, MI
Crusader Community Health – Rockford, IL
Gilbert Residence – Ypsilanti, MI
Hospice Care of the Piedmont – Greenwood, SC
Lebanon Va Medical Center – Lebanon, PA
