Member Experience Specialist (Greenwood, South Carolina)

We are currently seeking two Member Experience Specialists to join our Greenwood branch. We welcome applicants with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Through our selection process, we will identify the role that best aligns with each candidate's skills, experience, and career goals, with opportunities at either the Member Experience Specialist I or Member Experience Specialist III level.

What You'll Do
As a Member Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping members achieve financial success while providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
- Assisting members with account questions, service requests, and account maintenance.
- Opening new accounts and educating members on products and services that support their financial goals.
- Consumer lending (Interest in or experience with), including interviewing and discussing borrowing needs, gathering financial information, and assisting with loan-related services.
- Promoting products and services that provide value to members and enhance their financial well-being.
- Resolving member concerns professionally and accurately.
- Maintaining member records and ensuring confidentiality.
- Contributing to branch goals through teamwork, member service, and relationship-building.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service, retail banking, financial services, sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity or ability to learn financial products, services, and lending processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and member service skills.
- Professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
Experience Levels Considered:
- Entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow.
- Experienced financial service professionals with consumer lending, account-opening, and member relationship experience.
