With our PARDA Audio Response (P.A.R.), you can obtain balances, transfer funds, make PARDA loan payments, apply for a loan, and much more! It is a FREE service 365 Days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

First time users:

You will be prompted by the system to create a new Personal Identification Number (PIN), when you call for the first time. If you need assistance, please contact the Member Response Center at 800.860.5640.

Press 1 for Main Menu Options.
